“I’m excited to welcome you to our school, at Thirlmere Public School, we believe that learning should be enjoyable, curiosity should be nurtured, and every child should feel known, valued, and cared for. With over 140 years of proud history, our school has been a cornerstone of the Thirlmere community, dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where all students can thrive.

Our strong connection to the local community is one of our greatest strengths. We view our school as a vibrant hub at the heart of Thirlmere, where families, staff, and students come together to build lasting relationships and a genuine sense of belonging. We celebrate diversity and inclusion, recognising that each child's uniqueness contributes to our school community.

Our exceptional school grounds offer numerous opportunities for students to play, explore, and learn beyond the classroom. From our adventurous playground and sensory pathway to the expansive oval, basketball court, enchanting fairy garden, and welcoming yarning space, these areas are thoughtfully designed to inspire creativity, physical activity, connection with nature, and social interaction.
